The story of one of the most polluted rivers of the world and the will of one man to stop what looks unstoppable. The second film captures the projection of the first film ‘Yamuna, water, India’ and is dubbed in Hindi. The projections took place in ten cities of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
Cedrik Verdure joins us for this special screening and will be available to speak about the making of the films, after the screening.
Credik is a journalist in Paris and New York, book-critic and producer. Cedrik’s work became oriented around water when he met a sadhu who told him : “We need only two things in life, water & sleep.” After more than 10 movies as a producer, scriptwriter and documentary filmmaker, Cedrik is now established in Pondicherry as a stand-up comedian.
