TDEF Trees and Pineapples, Oh My!

Hello Sadhanaites from around the globe!!!!

We just wanted to update you on some of the wonderful things that have been planted in the forest and in the garden recently.

On Friday, a dedicated and wonderful team of volunteers, led by our current and very handsome forest coordinator, planted 25 TDEF trees using the ‘heaps,’ above ground method. 25!!! This is an amazing amount of trees and is a testament to the love and hard work of the volunteers in the Sadhana community.

Also on Friday, a team of Sadhana Foresters, led by our beautiful garden coordinator, planted pineapples in a raised bed alongside papaya trees. Using the crowns of pineapples from Friday morning’s breakfast, four pineapples were planted. Thanks to all who helped out!!!
