  The recent arrival of the 1,000 new Tropical Dry Evergreen Forest tree seedlings at Sadhana Forest was a cause for great excitement! This year we have decided to plant fewer seedlings, (we planted over 2,000 last year) and the seedlings are 2 years old, a year older than the seedlings we planted last year….

Here in Sadhana Forest we are growing a Tropical Dry Evergreen Forest. But the trees are not the whole story. This ecosystem supports a huge variety of wildlife and we are lucky enough to encounter these creatures every day! A group of young Korean students attended our Eco Film Club this Friday. After the movie they shared a modern and classical dance performance which gave the audience a taste of Korean culture. Both performances were very powerful and impressive.
