We mostly use bicycles and motorbikes. One of our principle aims is for our transport to be as sustainable as possible. Our solar panels are ready to charge electric bicycles and motorcycles for our volunteers.

We do not yet have the means to purchase all the equipment we need to activate our sustainable transport, but we are working hard to have the system working as soon as possible!!

We have a Tempo Traveller van, very kindly donated by friends, that we shall run on environmentally friendly bio-diesel from Pongamia Pinata seeds (Karanj seeds), grown in Sadhana Forest.

We shall use our van to travel to villages to share the experience of Sadhana Forest with the villagers, and to gather from them indigenous knowledge and skills about sustainable practices. We will encourage the use of effective sustainable farming techniques, planting, solar energy, compost toilets and water conservation.
