Today (monday 22.11.2010) we got together for a heart meditation, one of the ones where we sit in a circle and each one goes in the middle on turns to receive radiating love energy from the others surrounding him/her. I played some rudra vina music in the background, lit candles and incense, had some sacred pictures on the walls and overall the atmosphere was great – particularly enhanced by the experience!  Lots of glowing warm love energy was plenty for all 9 of us
